Guest Responsibility & No-Show Policy

By confirming a reservation with Wrenwood Ranch (including any cottage stay), you agree to the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking — regardless of attendance or check-in status.

Failure to arrive, cancellation outside the allowable window, or choosing not to use your reservation does not release you from your financial obligation. All agreed-upon payments, including remaining balances, will still be due and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We kindly ask that you review your reservation details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to booking. We’re happy to help you reschedule when possible, but cannot guarantee flexibility for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Policy – Wrenwood Ranch

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.

7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.

5–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Less than 5 days before check-in: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing (email or website contact form) to be valid.

In very limited circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Wrenwood Ranch, we may authorize a refund outside of this policy if mutually agreed upon or if guest safety is a concern.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
